1. Invoice request is not automatic activation
Submitting this form creates a request for RISQUA to issue or prepare an invoice. Access to CyberLab is provided only after RISQUA confirms the order, receives cleared payment, and completes any required internal approval, onboarding, compliance, or account checks.
2. Annual billing and pricing
CyberLab subscriptions are billed annually. Monthly prices shown on the website are reference prices per user per month and are converted into annual per-user invoice values. RISQUA may correct obvious pricing, tax, calculation, or clerical errors before issuing or confirming an invoice.
3. Taxes and VAT
VAT, withholding tax, sales tax, duties, bank charges, and any similar government or transaction charges are the customer’s responsibility unless RISQUA expressly confirms otherwise in writing. VAT shown in the summary is an estimate and may be adjusted on the final invoice according to applicable rules.
4. Payment obligation
By requesting an invoice and accepting these terms, the customer confirms that the submitted billing details are accurate and that the customer intends to purchase the selected subscription. Any payment deadline stated on the invoice must be respected. RISQUA may suspend or withhold service until payment is fully received.
5. No refund by default
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or RISQUA expressly agrees in writing, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable after invoice confirmation, account provisioning, or service access activation.
6. Account use and restrictions
The customer must use CyberLab lawfully and must not resell, sublicense, share unauthorized access, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, abuse, or attempt to compromise the service. RISQUA may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably suspects misuse, security risk, non-payment, breach of terms, or harm to RISQUA, its systems, or other users.
7. Service changes and availability
RISQUA may update, modify, limit, improve, or discontinue features, plans, outputs, models, integrations, or user limits where required for security, reliability, compliance, product development, or business reasons. RISQUA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Output and business decisions
CyberLab provides analytical and decision-support outputs. The customer remains fully responsible for validating outputs, making business decisions, and determining whether results are suitable for its own risk, security, finance, governance, or reporting purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RISQUA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-revenue, loss-of-data, business interruption, reputational, or third-party damages. RISQUA’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected subscription period, unless mandatory law requires a different limit.
10. Customer-provided information
The customer is responsible for ensuring that invoice, tax, contact, and subscription details are complete, accurate, current, and authorized. RISQUA may rely on the submitted information and is not responsible for delays, incorrect invoices, failed communications, or compliance issues caused by inaccurate customer input.
11. Final agreement
These terms protect RISQUA’s commercial and operational rights and apply together with any invoice, order confirmation, master agreement, product terms, privacy terms, or written agreement issued or accepted by RISQUA. If there is a conflict, RISQUA’s written order confirmation or signed agreement controls.
